[Incorporation] confirm[ed] and decree[d] in conformity with the prayer of petitioners [as follows:] The territory to be embraced, bounded as follows: Beginning on the Donation line at C. W. Kinneys n.w. corner; thence south on said Kinneys west line 111 rods; thence east parallel with donation line on Kinneys and Pettibones south line and through lands of A. Blakeslee and Levi White 360 rods; thence north through lands of Levi White and Abraham Blakeslee 205 rods; thence west through lands of A. Blakeslee, Akins, Hays, Davis, White and north line of O. N. Chapin, 360 rods; thence south through lands of Chapin and Kinney 94 rods to the donation line and place of beginning. | |
